Boss Lady Enterprise is a start-up nonprofit community based organization founded and designed in 2011 by Darlena Swann. The organization provides personal and professional development services for young girls and women in areas of leadership, health & wellness, and entrepreneurship to build self-confidence and character. The mission is to create economic and social enrichment through community outreach service while building a better community.
Darlena’s goal is for Boss Lady Enterprise to be a pioneer in personal and professional brand development by creating social change and awareness. The upcoming events are interactive skilled-based training sessions by subject matter experts allowing participants to learn conceptual information and best practices, while receiving feedback and support from facilitators and peers.
