Personal and professional development to impact leadership and change

Networking with businesses to better serve our community

Boss  Lady Enterprise is a start-up nonprofit community based organization  founded and designed in 2011 by Darlena Swann. The organization provides  personal and professional development for young girls and women in  areas of leadership, health & wellness, and entrepreneurship to build self-confidence and character. The mission is to create economic  and social enrichment through community outreach service while building a better community. Darlena’s goal is for Boss Lady Enterprise to be a pioneer in personal and professional brand development by creating social change and awareness.  The upcoming events are interactive skilled-based training sessions by subject matter experts allowing participants to learn conceptual information and best practices, while receiving feedback and support from facilitators and peers. Please join us for our next youth workshop and women's forum for a boss lady experience.
